Martini

JET LI
One of Hippo's signature drinks. A combination of Wyborowa Citrus vodka, watermelon liquer, and freshly pressed watermelon and aple juice.

AGENT PATZ
Fresh basil lightly pressed with vanilla sugar and shaken with Lillet Blanc, Medos honey vodka, fresh lemon juice and cloudy apple.

AUSTIN MONK
The perfect balance of Frangelico, poire william liquer and creme de cacao blanc held in place with a hint of bourbon whiskey and finished with a light squared hazelnut rim.

AOKI
A Hippo original, freshly muddled strawberries and coriander with a healthy pour of Bombay gin, frais de bois liquer and finished with a splash of peach nectar.

MARYROSE MARTINI
The Maryrose Martini draws out the botanical flavours of rosemary from Tanqueray gin, perfectly accompanied with the three Spanish blue cheese stuffed olives.

 

 

 




JAPANESE SCHOOLGIRL
A Hippo favourite. Midori, Paraiso lychee liquer and fresh apple juice topped with sparkling wine and finished with a lime twist.

HIPPO SMASH
Chilled Wyborowa vodka, creme de peche liquer, fresh strawberries and a sugar cube, charged with an extra pour of sparkling wine.

BELLINI
White peach nectar and creme de peche liquer topped with sparkling, an Italian classic. Created by Guiseppi Cipriani at Harry's Bar, Venice, 1948.

FRENCH 75
A sophisticated example of a champagne cocktail from Harry's New York Bar in Paris. A decent pour of Plymouth gin, sugar syrup & lemon juice. Shaken and topped with sparkling, garnished with a cherry.

MADELINE
A refreshing recipe of Cointreau, Aperol, ruby red grapefruit, Hippo's own homemade rosemary syrup and charged with sparkling.
